If you’re looking for a mantra for success in business, “production vs productivity” is a great place to start. First, let’s define our terms. Production is the process of creating something of value, while productivity is the measure of how efficiently that process is carried out. In other words, production is the what and productivity is the how.
Now that we know what we’re talking about, let’s apply it to business. The key to success in business is to find ways to produce more value with less effort. In other words, to be more productive. There are a number of ways to do this, but one of the most important is to be creative. Creativity doesn’t just mean coming up with new ideas; it also means finding new ways to solve old problems. It’s about thinking outside the box and seeing things from a different perspective. If you can do that, you’ll be well on your way to success in business.

11 Productivity Tips
Here’s the secret
Your colleague that zooms ahead of you with seemingly less effort has learned to recognize and excel in what really counts — And that happens when your energy levels are at the highest in terms of mind, body and spirit.
When it comes to business, you want to be at the top of your game. You want to be productive and efficient, and you want to make the most of your time. But sometimes, it’s hard to do that when you’re feeling drained or bogged down. That’s where your energy comes in. In this episode, we’ll discuss how your energy impacts your business and how you can boost productivity by using tips that work with your mind, body and spirit!
The truth is that very few Directors, CEOs, Business Owners, and Entrepreneurs understand that when you are in a Top Leading position, your company becomes an extension of who you are—your values, leadership style, actions, and energy you vibrate on.
Everything is Energy and it does not mean because we don’t see it, it does not exist. Without going too deeply into the Science of Vibrational Energy, I would like to stress that your Business success starts with the type of Energy your Business and Staff vibrates as it attracts what you project.
So, let’s define the form of energy we are talking about here and that is pertaining to Mind Body and Spirit
The Mind:
The mind is not localized to a single region of the body, as each cell in the body has its own memory and intellect. Manomaya Kosha is the Sanskrit term for this mental body. The physical body is considered to be the hardware; whereas, Manomaya Kosha is regarded as the software.
The Body:
The body is the tangible form that we can see and touch. It is the vessel through which our thoughts and emotions are expressed. Sthula Sarira is the Sanskrit term for this physical body.
When it comes to boosting productivity, taking care of your body is key. Exercise, eat healthy foods and get enough sleep so that your body can function at its best.
The Spirit:
The spirit is that which animates the body and gives it life. It is the essence of who we are and connects us to the divine. Atman is the Sanskrit term for this spiritual energy.
Mind-Body spirit connection is KEY for your BUSINESS SUCCESS
When these three aspects of ourselves are in balance, we function at our best. We’re able to think more clearly, make better decisions, and stay focused on our goals. But when one or more of these areas is out of balance, it can lead to decreased productivity and even health problems. Productivity and better focus are a direct benefit of mind, body and soul connection.

How to Create Positive Energy in body |
When it comes to the mind-body connection, fitness is one of the most important factors. If your body is physically fit, it will be able to handle more stress and tension. This means that you’ll have less physical and mental fatigue, which in turn will lead to increased productivity. In fact, research has shown that regular exercise can help improve focus, concentration, and problem-solving skills.
When we think about the value of exercise, we tend to focus on the physical benefits. Lower blood pressure, a healthier heart, a more attractive physique. But over the past decade, social scientists have quietly amassed compelling evidence suggesting that there is another, more immediate benefit of regular exercise: its impact on the way we think.
And when you bring a positive frame of mind at work, your Positive Energy will energise the Business, Staff, Clients and your Money.
Negative energy, on the other hand, will suppress success, motivation, growth and profits.
Let me explain this with an example
For example:
When you are in the company of negative individuals who are whining all the time and can’t see the silver lining, they make you feel exhausted and you become pessimistic, which has a ripple effect on all levels of your life, including your business success.
Imagine working with someone like this on a daily basis, let alone having to work for him or her. Imagine now the sort of energy that may be created by individuals subjected to this level of treatment!
Assume you’re in charge of a business and that it’s been subjected to this type of energy, which will serve as the foundation for new creation. The Law of Cause and Effect is universal! Staff depression, low motivation, low-performance levels, high staff turnover, staff burnt-out, and decreased profits will be the consequences. There…a wonderful vision and dream have been destroyed by bad energy!
You probably know that your body is hardware and your mind is software, and you also understand that hardware and software can’t operate independently unless they’re connected to power.
The energy you feed is essentially your spirit or a higher power or God or whatever religion you believe in.
Take the case of a vacuum cleaner, for example. Unless you plug one in and even if you do random things with it, it will not perform the function; therefore, connection to power is very crucial.
Even long-term diseases and mental issues might be healed by having the proper alignment of mind, body, and spirit within oneself, according to Sadhguru. All sorts of difficulties are caused by misalignment. There is no illness when the body is in good condition.
Only if you bring to mind, body and spirit into alignment, there will be a passage and a possibility of touching a state of blissfulness which could eventually become a natural state of being.
And this Blissful state of being is what you need to bring to work every day.
It’s critical to establish a “Positive Energy Company Culture” that is focused on achievement and success. This has to trickle down from the top, and the leadership team must have a beneficial effect on employees.
