People do change over time. Your needs, desires, and expectations change. Perhaps that ideal position you secured a year ago wasn’t enough of a challenge now that you’ve mastered it. This type of scenario might leave you uncertain about where to go next.
You feel stuck if your authentic self is lost

You fear external judgment
It’s tough enough to make some decisions even when you have the backing of your network. The difficulty increases in severity when you don’t have that support.
