You can now stay in one of the lavish Sicilian villas seen in ‘The White Lotus’

It might date back to the 16th-century, but there are televisions and WiFi can be accessed throughout Villa Tasca. Those looking for some time away from their screens can take each other on in the billiards room, sip cocktails in the English-style private bar, or gather around the grand piano for a musical evening.

While the villa has everything families on the go may need should the weather not be on-side, the property is just one part of the wider estate. Here, time is best spent outside in the gardens, and beside the idyllic swimming pool.

When the time comes to explore, the bustling, colourful streets of Palermo are just a short drive away, as are the island’s sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters – just be wary of what’s floating around in the water…

Rates at Villa Tasca start at £4,874 (Rs4,88,566) per night, plus taxes. Minimum stays of three nights apply.
