  • Fruits can be reused in infused water. We can get about four refills. The flavor does fade after each refill, but still, it’s delicious. You can compost the fruit once it loses its entire flavor.
  • One can use regular water or sparkling water for infusion.
  • The real nutritional benefit of these infused water recipes is to make you drink more water and increase your hydration.
  • Prepare your infusion in cold water as hot water breaks down fruits quickly and makes it look like a gloopy mess.
  • Wash the outside of the fruit well before slicing. Also, citrus fruit tends to turn water bitter if it rests more than about four hours, so only make this one right before you want to drink or serve it.

So here are the 10 healthy fruit infused recipes for a healthy mind and body.

1. Orange & Rosemary Infused Water

Ingredients :

  • 1/4 orange, cut into thin slices
  • 1 large stem fresh rosemary
  • Sparkling or regular water
  • Ice 

Method :

Fill a  mason jar/pitcher or carafe with ice, orange, and rosemary. Add water to the jar.

Stir it.

Let the water get infused for 2 hours.

Refrigerate it and then Enjoy this.

Refill with more water and ice until fruit flavor is gone.

2. Aloe vera,  Lime  & Lemon Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lime, cut into slices
  • 1/2 lemon, cut into slices
  • sliced aloe vera 
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves
  • Ice
  • Sparkling or regular water

Method: 

Put lime, mint leaves, and lemon slices in a pitcher or jar. Fill to top with water.

Cover it with a lid.

Let the water infuse for 2-4 hours.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Refill with more water and ice until fruit flavor is gone.

3. Lavender, Cucumber & Mint Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • Lavender
  • 1/4 cucumber, cut into slices
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Sparkling or regular water

Method 

Fill a glass pitcher or carafe with ice, cucumber, Lavender, and mint. Add water to it and let it infuse for 2 hours.

Enjoy this cool refreshing infused water which is full of vitamin C  and is a great antioxidant.

Ingredients:

  • 2 strawberries, hulled and cut into slices
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and cut into slices
  • 6-7 curry leaves leaves
  • 1/2 lime, cut into slices
  • Sparkling or regular water
  • Ice

Method

Fill a glass jar,  or carafe with ice, kiwi, curry leaves, strawberries, and lime slices. Fill to top with water.

5. Cucumber, Basil & Mint Infused Water

Ingredients : 

  • Ice
  • 7-8 basil leaves
  • 1/4 cucumber, cut into slices
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Sparkling or regular water

Method 

Fill a glass, bottle, mason jar, pitcher, or carafe with ice, cucumber, basil, and mint.

Fill to top with water.

Enjoy immediately. Refill with more water and ice until fruit flavor is gone. Makes 1 quart (plus refills).

Make sure you only use fresh, really tasty watermelon to get the best flavor. You can also try this with cantaloupe, honeydew, or a combo!

6.  Fennel and Watermelon Infused Water

Ingredients :

  • Ice
  • 3-4 small slices watermelon
  • 1/4 cup fennel
  • Sparkling or regular water

Method 

Fill a glass, bottle, mason jar, pitcher, or carafe with ice, watermelon, and fennel. Fill to top with water.

7. Raspberry, Cinnamon & Mint Infused Water

Ingredients :

  • Ice
  • Cinnamon 
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Sparkling or regular water

Method

Fill a glass, bottle, mason jar, pitcher, or carafe with ice, cinnamon,  raspberry, and mint.

Fill to top with water.

Enjoy immediately.

8. Pineapple, Rose & Coconut Infused Water

Ingredients :

  • Ice
  • rose petals
  • 1/3 cup sliced fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup fresh coconut chunks (outer shell removed)
  • Sparkling or regular water

Method 

Fill a glass, bottle, mason jar, pitcher, or carafe with ice, Rose petals, pineapple, and coconut.

Fill to top with water.

Enjoy immediately.

Refill with more water and ice until fruit flavor is gone. Makes 1 quart (plus refills).

Ingredients :

  • Ice
  • Thyme
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 orange, cut into thin slices

Method

Fill a glass, bottle, mason jar, pitcher, or carafe with ice, blueberries, Thyme, and orange. Fill to top with water. Enjoy immediately. Refill with more water and ice until fruit flavor is gone. Makes 1 quart (plus refills).

10. Cucumber, Brahmi, and Mint Infused Water

Ingredients :

  • 1/3 cup roughly 6-8 thick slices English cucumber
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Brahmi
  • 1 quart cold or room temperature water

Method 

Add the fruit, spices, and/or herbs to the bottom of a sealable bottle or 1-quart mason jar.

Add Brahmi. Pour in cold water. Stir to mix well.

Let the water get infused at room temperature for 1-2 hours or refrigerated for about 3-4 hours before drinking it.  (Infusing for up to 8 hours will make it pretty strong if you prefer that). If you didn’t get to drinking your water within 12 hours, we recommend removing the fruit at that point and storing it without the fruit so the flavor doesn’t become too powerful and
