Yes, You Can Eat Pizza On A Keto Diet!

Being an avid fan of Pizzas and Butter Chicken, I have not been able to jump on the diet fads that have been around for quite some time.

But somewhere in my heart… has been this deep desire to lose inches.
Sounds Familiar?

What if I told you ‘You lose inches while you binge on fats’.
Keto diet claims to do just that.

I recently aligned with Abhimanyu Singh Yadav, CEO and Founder of Pnut Co., health and fitness provider in Delhi NCR. My book “Live Your Dreams” has an inherent message of Health and wellness aka living a holistic life that aligns with PNUT’s health and fitness mantra ‘Go Fit Yourself.’

The inspiration behind this mantra stems from his desire to make the world a fitter place. And that desire has its roots in his past.

Abhimanyu himself was overweight for a major chunk of his life. But once he realized that his being overweight is being perceived as someone with a nonchalant attitude towards life, his outlook started to change.

He challenged to fit himself in a record time of one year and actually achieved it! He lost 25 kilos of weight in this time frame.

As a result, his confidence rose in every area of his life and he climbed the steps of success.
Having worked as a management consultant with prestigious companies like Deloitte and Bain and Co., he was happy the way his career was taking shape but the question that he started asking himself was, ‘Am I settling for a paycheck, when I have larger goals?’

The question that he started asking himself was, ‘Am I settling for a paycheck, when I have larger goals?’

He wanted to do something meaningful, innovative, and creative in the health and
wellness world. So he took inspiration from his past and pledged to create a
successful weight loss story for others as well.

He had successfully shed all those extra kilos, so he resonated with others on the pain and the challenge of a weight loss journey.

He also felt a void for the right nutrition provider during his weight loss journey.

That led him to passionately customize meals for friends and family.

This step finally took shape of a full-blown business venture with PNUT, Health and fitness coaching, and KETO diet training.

‘A transformation occurs when you know the driving force behind it’… is my mantra.

PNUT is proving it… in its own special way.

On one hand, PNUT has teams of health and wellness coaches and motivators- to guide you towards your weight loss journey and on the other end; PNUT has personal chefs to customize your meal plans per your requirements.

PNUT through its own subsidiary,

“The KETO Kitchen”, has become India’s first online KETO / LCHF Restaurant to provide health-conscious fraternity with food that is healthy and keep them fit. Having delivered over three lakh health boxes in less than 3 years, PNUT is becoming India’s first online KETO / LCHF Restaurant. They are now delivering ready to make KETO@homekit = KETO KIT in entire Delhi NCR and nearby cities.

PNUT having started only in 2015, has shown staggering progress with 4 operational kitchens in Gurgaon and upcoming ones in Agra, Jaipur, and Chandigarh- ensuring a steady path in the health and wellness industry.

PNUT also launched its chain of health cafés by the name of FIT FORK Café (again the first of its kind) with the first one at CHISEL GYM, Arjun Marg, Gurgaon.

Abhimanyu intends to lead the change in India’s nutrition market through PNUT and
hence he is enhancing it as a holistic health and wellness provider.

What sets PNUT apart from the other KETO diet providers is the team behind it.

Abhimanyu and his team believe in providing a diet that is result-oriented.

To prove 100% results, they got on KETO for six months to study it thoroughly before they developed the service.

Together, they are on a mission to transform the way Indians look at healthy food.

As we are becoming more and more fitness conscious, we do realize that healthy eating is ‘not just a choice’ but the ‘need of the hour’ and now PNUT is providing us with a way to consciously sustain it.
